There is a short little prayer that Jesus taught us that we call the Lord's Prayer, that contains a VERY significant phrase that applies specifically to the end times. He taught us to say, "Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." What significance does this have for us, TODAY? What He is teaching us is to pray for His return, for Him to rule, so that we will be delivered, will have peace and joy, and our pain will be gone! He is telling us that WE are agents of His process, and that WE are to pray for this, His will, to come to pass! He WANTS to come to us! He WANTS to receive us unto Himself! "I have desired to eat this meal with you, for I will not eat it again until I eat it again in the kingdom with you." Luke 22:15 At the very same meal, He said, in John 14, "I go to prepare a place for you"! First He says "believe", then He says "I will receive you", and shortly after, in the same text, He says, "Ask anything in MY Name, and I will DO it"! The context is His return!

Look UP from your suffering and labors! The prayer for His return will have an effect that will echo down the corridors of eternity! All of these small things of the world, which force us to battle for them, will burn up! These things are temporary! Even trouble is temporary, unless we choose to invest ourselves into it! Our effort and strength should be given to praying in His will with His authority! "Will not God bring about justice for His elect, which cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? He will bring justice to them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:7-8) "Seeing that all these things must be dissolved, what manner of persons aught you to be?.........Looking for and hastening the Day of the Lord? 2 Peter 3:11-12

If we pray for what HE has promised, He will answer! He moves us, both to want and to do, what He asks. Phil 2:13 Psalm 110 says His people are volunteers in the day of His power! Both of the last day churches of Revelation three (Philadelphia and Laodecia) have a door presented to them! On the hardened heart He knocks, for He is a stranger there. The busy, wealthy church does not want to leave. They are distracted by the enemy and cannot hear the voice of the Lord calling for them to open! However, the humble church has just enough strength to trust HIM to do what HE says, because of WHO HE IS! She has "kept the word of His patience" because she is still watching and waiting on Him to return, as He said He would! She wants, needs, ASKS Him to come! For HER, He has opened the Door!

Revelation 3:20
20 Listen! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and have dinner with him, and he with Me.

Rev. 22:17

"The Spirit and the Bride say "come"! Let Him that hears, say "come"!
